Your choice to select a NLP Certification Training

I am talking to a lot of people. It is fun to get to know what they do know about NLP and how they select a NLP Certified Practitioner Training.

Many of those that I talk to know Anthony Robbins, and even quote him while I speak to them. Anthony’s roots are in NLP and he then called it by a different name and developed a different school around it. I admire those who had the chance to meet him. It must have been one powerful experience! Others have read books (and might get a bit lost in some of them, because many NLP books are really hard to understand before a training).

My training is 10 days in length, and for Asian standards, that is long! In Europe, they still teach you more than 20 days and there are clear reasons for this.

The longer the training, the more exposed you are to the trainer, to the overall material and the rest of the group you train with. This is about bonding with others, discovery of yourself, learning and applying the material. Nothing would be more devastating than to see my practitioners coming from my training without the ability to use it powerfully for themselves and with others. My 10 days training is powerpact, full of excitement and very customised to the audience. Hey – we don’t take more than 16 participants per course, just to make sure that the learning is really there. Just imagine what will happen when the class is packed with 20 or 30, 40 people? How much personal attention from a trainer can you get?

I have to say that I am so very proud of my practitioners. Most of them want to come back for our Master Practitioner – others are happy with what they have achieved in the NLP Practitioner Class.

Many practitioners send their friends and colleagues to my training. A young student of mine, a few days after the training, trained the salespeople of his father’s company in Johor. He also now travels in Malaysia to teach university and college students. In his “normal” job as an financial advisor, he started to beat his sales quota – despite the fact that he is young and this is his first job. Another company has sent their whole management team for an own individual training. A third company just confirmed to send 3 of their executives to the upcoming training.

I am taking care that my participants are the best NLP Practitioners in town and in the country. I am not too shy to say that because I know that they are running their teams back in the company on a much better basis than before. Family relations are amended and improved. Entrepreneurs move their business to the next level. Trainers incorporate the material into their training. Meetings are run better, sales develops, corporate cultures flourish.

I am coming from 4 different NLP Schools, and certified by Tad James as trainer. I do know additional material and exercises/ skills from Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts and Michael Hall. There is one more school but I haven’t learnt much in that particular school. When some of their Practitioners come to me to inquire about my Master Practitioner I am a bit weary because I don’t know about their skills level. However, they can come because I know that I can work with anyone to give them the results they set out to have in the training!

Inquirers also ask about hypnosis. Do you really need it? What do you want to achieve? We are not offering it because, hey – we are all in trance all the time anyway. We teach you the skills that you need to change others around you linguistically. L in the middle of NLP stands for Linguistics. Asia Mind Dynamics is specialised in this part. It is about understanding the structure of thoughts of others and how do you influence these positively. How do they form sounds, pictures and feelings, and what do they say to themselves with their own voice in their head. How do you bring them from the present state to a desired state.

This is the essence of the NLP Training. There is much more after the training, and we take care that the current training is the beginning of a road to overcome challenges and discovery of new choices and procedures.
